Product Description

FRP Sheet / GRP sheet / FRP in roll:
FRP sheets (GRP sheets) is fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets. It is a material mixed with fiberglass & resin.

Specification of FRP Sheet / GRP sheet / FRP in roll:

FRP Sheet thickness	from 1mm up to 5mm. But most commonly used as 1.5mm thick FRP, 2mm thick FRP
GRP sheet width	from 1000mm to 3100mm. We generally will see most truck bodies manufacturer use FRP/grp sheets in width of 1800 to 2300mm
Options on length of each FRP rolls/coils	we supply the FRP either in sheets or in rolls. If it's in sheets, we do cut to size; If it's FRP sheets in rolls, we have option of 60meters/roll up to 120meters/roll. Customers do the cutting into sheets by themselves.
Surface of FRP sheets	gel coated FRP, gel coat GRP. The gel coat is to make the surface more smooth, and more UV resistant

Features of FRP Sheet / GRP sheet / FRP in roll:
FRP sheets is chemical resistant. When we make truck bodies, let say refrigerated truck bodies we might need to load ice, load sea food etc which would be quite damp and even corrossive. FRP material can stand with such environment. 
FPR sheets/GRP sheets are impact and not easy to scratch. On the road there are many small rocks / stone that could hit the truck bodies. FRP sheets/GRP sheets can bear such hits without have dents on the surface.
Production of FRP / GRP sheets is flexible, that means we can customized to produce sheet width & length as required. In such case, we can help you to minimize your material wastage. If you need to make truck bodies or sandwich panels at height of 1800mm, you can order FRP sheet width 1800mm; If you need 2300mm you can order GRP / FRP sheets in 2300mm etc.
Sheet thickness of FRP is option. As mentiond previously, you can decide to use 1.2mm thick, 1.5mm, thick, 1.8mm thick or 2mm thick sheets to make your FRP sandwich panels or FRP honeycomb panels for truck bodies.

Applications of FRP Sheet / GRP sheet / FRP in roll:

1. For making FRP honeycomb panel or FRP foam core sandwich panels. These panels are used for making truck bodies, caravan bodies, boat interior partition, refrigerated truck bodies, cold rooms etc.
2. For wall coverings. Example: kitchen wall covering, basement wall covering, bathroom wall covering.
