Kingmets FRP Fiberglass Plywood Sandwich Panel is consited of two FRP face sheets glued to a rigid plywood core. Plywood board is a super high strength material and it provides much strength to the FRP face sheets. Such a product combines the features of both FRP & plywood.

 

Fiberglass (FRP) sheet is a mixture of fiberglass with good quality resin. It is scratch resistant, chemical resistant, UV resistant, impact resistant. While plywood board is high strength material but its surface is rough and it's cannot be used as decorative material without surface treated. So we laminate the FRP skin sheets on top side and bottom side onto plywood board, to make this new type of sandwich panel. 

 

FRP plywood sandwich panel is ideal to be used as walls or partition panel for those places that are high human traffic, high frequency of impacts, high corrosive environment. Example of ueses: dry van truck body, chicken farm, pig farm, cow farm, horse barn, industrial door, container house etc.
