Kingmets Aluminium Foam Core Sandwich Panel is a made of aluminium sheets on top & bottom sides and laminated to a light weight foam core.

 

Foam core are available in PU (polyurethane) foam, XPS (extruded polystyrene) foam. Both of these two types of foam are light weight & thermal insulated. The combination of pre-painted aluminium skin sheets with a foam core is innovative, such a sandwich panel embraces a beautiful decorative surface and thermal insulation properties. The finishes of aluminium are available in hundreds of colors and special finishes like wood grain or stone grain.

 

Aluminium foam core sandwich panel is mainly used for building façade, interior partition wall and cold room, refrigerated truck body etc.

Key Benefits of Aluminium Foam Core Sandwich Panel

Thermal insulated		Light weight
PU foam & XPS foam have very good thermal insulation. The heat conductivity coefficient is within 0.03W/m·k. Such a property making suitable for building walls for keep warm or cold room walls for keeping low temperature.		PU foam & XPS foam are light weight material, density is around 40kgs/m3 only. Example, a 20mm thick aluminium foam core sandwich panel with 0.7mm skin weighs only 5.3kgs/m2. It reduces building weight and making it easy to be handled.
Color options		Smooth surface
The foam core sandwich panel face skins are aluminium sheets, they are pre-painted with colors and almost any color can be made. Such as white, red, blue, yellow, black, green, even wood grain, stone grain or other texture surfaces are avaible to meet different decoration effects.		Owing to the 3-layer sandwich structure, the tensile strength on bottom sheet & top sheet are balanced and the sandwich foam core provides supporting strengths to these skin sheets. Such a product structure keeps the panel dimensionally flat and panel surface is smooth & neat.
Durable material		Easy processing
Aluminium skin sheets are anti-corrision and surface is protected by coating. We can expect long service life out of it.		Aluminium foam core sandwich panel can be easily cut and processed by regular wood or aluminium working tools.
